The location of the hotel was amazing, with a view of the lake and situated on top of a hill. Transportation to this city was effortless. The hotel facilities were spotless that made me feel sanitized during my stay which is amazing. The staff was polite and incredibly helpful, always flexible to meet my demands. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the terrace was relaxing with an attentive server.

Spending Christmas with my family at the charming castle hotel was an unforgettable experience. the location by the beautiful lake was breathtaking. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner menus with local ingredients that really highlighted the area's cuisine.

I must say that the cleanliness of the rooms and the property in general were a bit off. the carpets in our rooms were old and stained, and the patio was untidy.

We had high expectations for our stay in this lakeside town, but unfortunately they were not met. Although the views from our room were stunning and the building was charming, we found the facilities to be lacking. There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably, even with the windows open. the shower was poorly designed and a bit awkward to use. However, the location was convenient for exploring the town and we enjoyed being able to walk easily to local restaurants and shops.

One of the major downsides of our stay was the limited breakfast selection. We were disappointed by the lack of options available and found ourselves wishing for more variety.
